This applies to all cancellations, including those due to medical, personal or family reasons.

1. AAP Education will try to accommodate any changes but there is no guarantee. All changes incur our standard administration charge (SAC) of $75
2. An applicant who wishes to withdraw from a course must do so in writing
3. If you cancel your booking 4 weeks or earlier than the course date the SAC only will apply
4. No refund is available less than four weeks from course date or non-attendance at a course

This applies to Fascial Manipulation, Vestibular Basic and Advanced Course cancellations, including those due to medical, personal or family reasons.

If you require the re-issue of certificate for a course that you attended please:

1. Pay the associated certificate re issue fee
2. Email us the name of the certificate you require and include the date you roughly think you completed it.

We will search our course registration documentation and on confirming the completion of your course, re issue an eCerticate in your name and send it to you via email.
